This aircraft first flew in June 1978 wearing registration N5462M being delivered to the Argentine Direccion de Emergencias Nacionales as LQ-MLV on 11Dec78. It apparently flew in the MEDEVAC role until the early 2000's and was airworthy as recently as 2009 but joined the aircraft on display at the National Aviation Museum in Moron in 2010 where it has been ever since.
