ROUTE UPDATES: Buenos Aires Aeroparque (AEP) international flights to move to Ezeiza (EZE) (except Uruguayan flights)

Buenos Aires Aeroparque (AEP) only had domestic flights and international service to Montevideo (MVD) and Punta del Este (PDP) Uruguay up until 01Mar10 when new international routes were authorized to the neighboring countries of Brazil, Chile and Paraguay.

Since then, several airlines, including Aerolineas Argentinas, Amaszonas Paraguay, Austral, Gol, LATAM Argentina, LATAM Brazil and LATAM Chile, have added service between Aeroparque and these countries but by order of the ANAC Argentina National Aviation Agency, they will have to move half of their flights to Buenos Aires Ezeiza (EZE) by 09Apr18 with the other half to be moved there by 01Apr19.  Additionally, no new international flights (other than to Uruguay) may be added from Aeroparque effective 10Jul17.

The objective of this new policy is to free up space for the continued growth of domestic service by Aerolineas, Austral, Andes and LATAM Argentina plus new flights by the anticipated start-up of Avianca Argentina, Norwegian Argentina and possibly other new carriers too.

Current international flights out of Aeroparque, other than to Uruguay, are listed below.  They add up to an average of 424 flights per week (departures and arrivals) out of a total of 2,420 weekly commercial movements, comprising 17.5% of Aeroparque's weekly airline flights.
