Route Updates - March 2024 - Part 1
The following airlines / flights are confirmed to have started or re-started service on the indicated routes on the listed dates. Many of the services are the resumption of flights that existed prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Increases / decreases in flight frequency are usually not verified by your editor.

* Aerolineas Argentinas - Buenos Aires Ezeiza (EZE) - Havana (HAV) - 08Mar24 - Remarks: Cancelled service to HAV which was restarted after the pandemic in July 2022 with a 3x/weekly EZE-PUJ-HAV round-trip routing operated with 737 Max 8's, which was reduced to 2x/weekly six months later and 1x/weekly in July 2023 on an EZE-CUN-HAV-EZE "triangle" routing operated by A330-200's
(PUJ=Punta Cana and CUN=Cancun).
* Aerolineas Argentinas - Puerto Iguazu (IGR) - Resistencia (RES) - 31Mar24 - Remarks: Route cancelled.
* American Airlines - Dallas Ft. Worth (DFW) - Buenos Aires Ezeiza (EZE) - 29Mar24 - 787-8 - Remarks: Service suspended for the southern hemisphere winter until October 2024. 787-8 equipment to be reassigned to USA-Europe routes for the northern hemisphere summer.
* Delta Air Lines - New York Kennedy (JFK) - Buenos Aires Ezeiza (EZE) - 30Mar24 - A330-900 - 1x/daily - Remarks: A330-900 replacing 767-400ER for last two weeks of seasonal summer service until 14Apr24
* Flybondi - Buenos Aires Aeropaeque (AEP) - Mar del Plata (MDQ) - 03Mar24 - 737-800 - 4x/weekly - Remarks: Seasonal Summer Service being extended until 03Apr24
* Gol Linhas Aereas - Sao Paulo Guarulhos (GRU) - Cordoba (COR) - 29Mar24 - 737-800 or 737 MAX 8 - 3x/weekly - Remarks: Route suspended at end of southern hemisphere high season. Service will likely return at end of year.
