The existing terminal facility is an "L"-shaped structure consisting of the old terminal at the base of the "L" to the north, followed by Terminal B and Terminal A to the south, with the newest section of the latter being a very modern facility that was completed in recent years (see above illustration). The old terminal, which dates back to 1960, is primarily used for offices and is home to the old control tower situated on its top. The North Parking Lot is next to the taxiway for aircraft taxiing to the base of runway 13 for departure and is perfect for spotting and photography.

A new control tower (pictured above), which will soon be finished, is being built on top of Terminal A. After its completion, the process of tearing down the old terminal and old control tower will start with the North Parking Lot closing too. A new "Terminal B" will be constructed as an extension of the existing Terminals A and B with the parking lot to be converted to ramp space that will reportedly accommodate five new jetways.
A new parking garage with 600 spaces that is scheduled to open soon will replace the 550 spaces that will be lost when the parking lot closes.
In addition, the military sector, which is currently southeast of the terminals will be relocated to make room for two more parking positions for commercial aircraft.
All of the above plans are preliminary and subject to change. Good spotting and photography locations will still be available to the north and south of the terminals near both ends of the runway.
